Refund Policy

This Refund Policy supplements the Terms of Service for Agency MCP, operated by Launch Maniac LLC ("Launch Maniac," "we," "us," or "our"). Under Terms of Service §15, the default rule is that payments are non-refundable except where required by law. This Refund Policy is one of the "stated at checkout or in a written agreement" exceptions referenced in that section. By offering the terms below at checkout, we make this Refund Policy contractually binding for first-time paid subscriptions.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For your first paid subscription charge to Agency MCP, you may request a full refund of that charge within 30 days of the charge date.
You do not need to provide a reason. We will not ask you why.
What qualifies
- Your first paid subscription charge to any of the following paid plans: Operator, Agency Stack, Agency Pro, Agency Scale.
- A charge made on or after the effective date of this Refund Policy.
What does not qualify
- Renewal charges (monthly or annual). Only your first paid charge is eligible.
- Charges made more than 30 days before your refund request.
- Free tier usage (no charge to refund).
- Enterprise plans (custom contracts govern; see your separate written agreement).
- Third-party charges. GoHighLevel fees, carrier fees (SMS/voice), payment processor fees, AI provider fees, and other third-party charges are not part of your Agency MCP subscription and are not refundable by us. See Terms of Service §15 and §7.
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 30 days of your first paid charge with:
- Subject line: "Refund Request"
- The email address associated with your Agency MCP account
- The approximate date of your first paid charge
We will:
- Acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- Process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of acknowledgment
- Cancel your active subscription (refund + active subscription would be double-dipping)
The refund will appear on your statement according to your payment provider's processing time (typically 3–10 business days after we issue the refund).
3. What happens to your account after a refund
- Your paid subscription is cancelled.
- Your Agency MCP install remains active until the end of the billing period that was refunded.
- You may continue using the Free tier (subject to its 30-queries-per-month limit) or re-subscribe at any time.
- Re-subscription does not re-trigger the 30-day refund window. The guarantee is once per customer.
4. Refund denials
We will deny refund requests in these cases (consistent with Terms of Service §15 and §18):
- The request is submitted more than 30 days after the first paid charge.
- The account has previously received a refund under this policy.
- The account has been suspended or terminated for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, intellectual property misuse, unauthorized access, non-payment, communications-law violations, or material breach of the Terms of Service.
- The refund is requested for a renewal charge rather than the first paid charge.
- The charge is a third-party charge passed through our billing (carrier, payment processor, GoHighLevel, AI provider, etc.).
In each denial we will explain which provision applies. We do not require any explanation from you when granting a refund within the 30-day window; we do require a reason on our side when denying one.
5. Where this policy fits with the Terms of Service
This Refund Policy is a "stated at checkout" exception under Terms of Service §15 and is incorporated into your subscription terms at the time of your first paid charge. If there is any inconsistency between this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service:
- This Refund Policy controls for the limited question of how the 30-day guarantee operates on your first paid charge.
- The Terms of Service control for every other matter (renewal terms, third-party charges, suspension/termination, liability limits, dispute resolution).
We may update this Refund Policy in the future. The version effective when you made your first paid charge is the version that applies to your refund request.
