We are a small team (currently a sole principal) operating on a best-effort basis. We respond to email within 1-2 business days; expedited support is available to paying customers.
Security disclosures
If you discover a security issue, email [email protected] with the subject line Security Disclosure. We treat security reports as priority and respond within 24 hours.
Please do not post security issues to the public Discord. Use email so we can coordinate responsibly.
When you email, please include
- Your GHL company ID (visible at the bottom of the Dashboard tab)
- The bearer name (not the secret) associated with the issue, if any
- Approximate time the issue occurred
- The AI client you were using (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Continue, ChatGPT, GHL Workflow Agent, etc.)
- The error message you saw, verbatim if possible
This shortens the diagnostic loop considerably.
