Pricing and white-label resale

Tiers

Pricing is in US dollars. The Paid tier is introductory pricing; existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days written notice before any price increase takes effect.

Per-sub-account billing

Each subscription — Free or Paid — covers exactly one GHL sub-account (location). If you operate Agency MCP across multiple sub-accounts, you need one subscription per sub-account.

Sharing a single Paid subscription across multiple sub-accounts to avoid per-sub-account billing is a material breach of the Terms of Service (§5.1). We may suspend accounts where we detect this pattern.

Free tier

The Free tier is intended for evaluation. It gives you 50 tool calls per month against one sub-account. When you hit the limit, tool calls return a limit_exceeded error until the next billing cycle resets the count. There is no overage charge; upgrade to Paid for unlimited calls.

Paid tier

The Paid tier removes the call limit, unlocks the full tool registry, and includes white-label resale rights. You can pay monthly or annually:

• Monthly: $49/month, billed each month, cancel any time.
• Annual: $300 charged once per year ($25/month effective). Annual subscriptions cannot be prorated if cancelled mid-term; cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Tax is collected where required by law.

White-label resale

Every Paid subscription includes the right to resell Agency MCP access to your own clients under your own brand at any markup you choose. Key conditions:

• One subscription per sub-account, still. White-label resale does not change the per-sub-account billing requirement. You need one Paid subscription for each sub-account you operate on behalf of a client.
• You remain financially responsible. You are liable to Launch Maniac LLC for the subscription fee regardless of whether your client pays you.
• You must enforce the Terms against your clients. Your clients are not in a direct contractual relationship with Launch Maniac LLC. You are responsible for ensuring they comply with the Terms of Service — acceptable use, data handling, scope of use — via your own client agreement.
• No misrepresentation. You may resell Agency MCP under your own brand, but you may not represent yourself as the developer or operator of the service, and you may not misrepresent its capabilities.
• No competing products. Reselling the service as-is is permitted. Building a substantially similar product that competes with Agency MCP is not.

Cancellation

• Monthly: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period. You retain access through that period.
• Annual: cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual term. No prorated refunds for partial annual periods.
• Free tier: cancel by uninstalling the Agency MCP app from the GHL marketplace. No billing is involved.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries up to three times over seven days. If all retries fail, your account is paused and tool calls return a payment_required error. Resolve the billing issue in Stripe to restore access.
